IP Casino Case Study

As much of the gulf coast, costal Mississippi was impacted. The abnormal amount of salt water washed up caused a great many trees in the area to begin declining in health. These trees in this study are located at the Imperial Casino in Biloxu, MS. This particular live oak had severe damage from hurricane Katrina, with her 28 ft. waves.  Fulgham’s Inc. Patented treatment was able to save this tree.

Kennedy Case Study

Mr. Lobell’s  home is located at the old club house for Audubon Golf course. The two trees shown below previously had a parking lot built around them. The soil was severely compacted.  House construction and landscaping further impacted the trees.  Fulgham’s patented process was able to redevelop the soil by alleviating soil compaction, while restoring vital nutrients to the soil.  These trees have stopped declining and are showing recovery and increased vigor.

Fallen Oak Case Study

Fallen Oaks Golf Course located in Biloxi, MS undertook a huge project to transplant four full grown oak trees in 2008. Moving trees of this size is an extremely tricky task. Root loss from transplanting takes a toll on the trees’ health, especial for trees of this age. A year after the trees were moved, Fulgham’s began treatment. Because of the large amount of damage sustained, it took several years to reestablish the root system; nonetheless, Fulgham’s Inc was able to bring these trees back to their prior glory. If you would like to see the trees being moved, it was featured on the History Channel’s Mega Movers. Click here to watch the episode.

Flint River Aquarium Case Study

The Flint RiverQuarium is part of an urban renewal project.  The location where these trees were planted is an old building site.  The building was torn down and these trees were planted on the old foundation.  During the first treatment, the ground was so compacted that Chuck Norvel, the local Georgia Forestry Commission agent had to drill holes so we could get the injection probe in the soil.  When we made the second treatment in September, there was a noticeable different in the looseness of the soil.  We could easily push the injection probe into the soil in a normal fashion.  We also saw evidence that the trees were already responding to the treatments.
